Yeah, Dell is stupid like that. I once ordered an ink cartridge for my Dell printer and it took several months and poking from me to arrive. Needless to say I'm using a different printer now. In their defense, my laptop fiercly clings to life against all odds and has developed a TARDIS-like personality, so I can't completely hate them.
