Been noticing more people wearing good hats (aka: not baseball or trucker) lately. I hope even more people start. I like seeing people wear hats. It feels very civilized to wear hats.

Mum's going to take me out to the fun shops in Hillcrest for my birthday this Saturday. Maybe I'll get a nice hat.

ETA:"fun shops" sounds dirty. It's not, I swear. (Though I'm sure there are that kind of shop in Hillcrest, too.)

I love hats almost as much as I love coats. I totally bought a tophat the last time I was in Gettysburg. *swears that wasn't the only reason for the trip*

I used to have a red bowler hat but it was crap quality (pretty much all felt and glue) and it fell apart. The other hats I have just aren't up to that level of awesome.

I can totally see you getting away with wearing a tophat though. Do you wear it often?

I don't wear it terribly often. I really should start wearing it more. It's a little too big for my head, so I either have to wear it with big hair or keep futzing with it. :-/

I have a bowler which is the same quality as yours. I'm really surprised it's held up as long as it has. I got it mostly for my Droog/Adicts costume, but I wear it around a lot, too.

I love hats! I sort of collect them, starting with a top hat and now I have around seven I wear semi-regularly.
