Is there a certain journal theme I need to use in order to use a custom header, or do I need to do some sort of fancy html thing?

The only way I know to do it requires html-y things. I go to places that make layouts. They usually use certain journal types.

For example, this header on this layout (one of my roleplaying journals) is just a couple lines of code. Only...I can't remember what type of layout it is. It's a free one anyway.
